- Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
- Excellent hands-on skills in least one of the backend languages: GoLang / PHP / Python / Java / NodeJS.
- Willingness to learn and work in GoLang (Familiarity with GoLang a plus)
- Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores
- Clear understanding of Git
- 7+ years of experience as Backend Developer
- Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc
- Worked on some good projects of your own
- Mentoring/ team management experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Worked on or used Cloud technologies, like AWS, Google Cloud etc
- Valid US Business visa
